3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on property condition, access requirements, and specific client needs.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1 Insurance Coverage

5.2 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the specific cleaning service provided, except where prohibited by law.
5.3 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property or items
- Items of high value (over £500) not disclosed prior to cleaning
- Damage resulting from normal wear and cleaning processes
- Consequential, indirect, or special damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Damage caused by client's failure to follow preparation instructions
- Items left in cleaning areas without prior notification
- Electronic equipment damage (unless due to negligence)
5.4 Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Declare any valuable or fragile items before cleaning
- Ensure safe access to all areas requiring cleaning
- Report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide accurate property information and access details
6. Health & Safety
We are committed to maintaining high health and safety standards:
- All staff are trained in health and safety procedures
- We use appropriate PPE and safety equipment
- Cleaning products comply with relevant regulations
- We follow CQC guidelines for healthcare facilities
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service provision.
8. Complaints and Disputes
We aim to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly. Please contact us within 48 hours of service completion for any issues. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of My Cleaning Solutions Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Infrastructure failures
In such cases, we will reschedule services as soon as reasonably practicable.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning contracts with 14 days' written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or health and safety concerns.
