Why We Started MCS Cleaning

We started MCS Cleaning & Facilities in 2023 because we saw the same problem everywhere in the cleaning industry: companies that look professional on the surface but operate like agencies behind the scenes. A polished website, a nice quote, and then they send out random contractors who've never seen your building before. Different faces every week. No consistency. No accountability.

We set out to do it differently.

MCS was built on a simple idea — that cleaning should be reliable, consistent, and done by people who actually know your premises. Our cleaning team brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial and healthcare cleaning. When we take on a client, we assign a dedicated team who get to know the space, understand the standards required, and deliver the same quality every single time.

We're not trying to be the biggest cleaning company in London. We're focused on growing sustainably while keeping quality and consistency at the core of everything we do. Every client matters to us, and we'd rather do 50 jobs properly than 500 jobs badly.
